The client’s request was to create two separate units within the office — one for the proprietors’ use, and the other for rental.
In order to maximize the use of the space we designed a shared communal area for the two units, including a kitchen and a meeting room.
We maximized the functions within the space, and introduced an elegant and bright design.
The flow between the inside and outside spaces was made continuous and fluid, allowing a sense of spaciousness, room to breathe, and a general sense of curiosity.
