An entire floor design at Sapir Tower in Ramat Gan for Gong — a business company that offers a platform for sales reps, management and others to collaborate, and streamline work.
The challenge was having to transfer some of the company’s employees and recruit new ones — all within the span of 3 months.
The objective was to create an office with a creative, innovative, happy and energetic atmosphere which reflects the essence of the company.
To foster a sense of belonging between the employees within the space, and a warm feeling of being in ‘a home away from home’ while at work. A space with lots of natural light, and a view of the outside which is reflected from every angle.
Glass partitions were selected for separating the various teams, so that the brightness and the openness of the space prevails.
We manifested GONG in every aspect of the design: the ceiling, the graphics, and the choice of colours and textures.
We created 3 cafeteria areas per floor to incorporate communal spaces with a homey feel.
We fitted 10 large and small conference rooms, telephone booths and focus rooms — all with the intention of having meeting areas and quiet areas with interesting and experiential colours and graphics.
In executing the project it was important to:
– Understand how people experience their surrounding and what they require,
– Create an optimal environment which functions naturally and effortlessly, and
– Design a spacious, well lit, airy environment with plenty of breathing space
