The client’s request was to create as many offices as possible for subtenants, design a separate unit for the owner, and include the possibility of dividing the office between the partners in the future into a 40% and a 60% split.
In line with this plan, we created rooms along the entire length of the windows, and a focal common area at the entrance with many special features, as requested by the client.
We opened up the entryway and provided a wide and compelling space as one enters the office.
We’ve maximized the office space, created a separate area for the proprietor, and included a separation in the ceiling design so that potential future renovations will enable a separation of the office into a 40% & 60% division by lowering the walls along the designated outlines.
The flow of light was set to penetrate the space throughout the rooms, and consequently, include a bright illumination of the central space.
In our planning, we offered a functional solution for the space and maximized its inherent potential.
